The degassing valve is set to release the accumulated gas inside the package when the pressure difference exceeds 2~7mbar, that needs accurate molding of each component, precise assembling and strict test procedure, to ensure very lower bad rates among millions and millions of degassing valves.
A strigent procedure is developed in our plant to ensure each and every of the bags is well welded with the fine degassing valve, and the valve is not going to fall off during filling and distrubtion process.
