A person should first get well washed and prepared before entering the manufacturing plant, that would be the very basic and important measure to better maintain the hygiene environment in the workshop.
There will have to be this hygiene treatment for any personnel through this dust removing room after well prepared and before entering into the workshop. This room is mainly intended to remove the pential dust and mostly importantly the felt hair adhered to the clothes.
Mosquitoes and insects are really big hazard to the hygiene conditions especially in summer seasons. Light traps are settled in the places where necessary to kill the potential mosquitoes and insects in the environment of the workshop.
All the floors in the workshop is furnished with expoxy resion, which can maintain a relative hygiene environment, and on the other hand, repell the pests.
The passenges for goods and personnel are separated in our workshop, to reduce the potential inter-contamination as much as possible.
